Branch staff needed one place to book shipments, group them, plan trips and record where every parcel is.
What I did
- Shipment booking with AWB identifiers and printable barcode labels.
- Destination batches and multi-stop trip planning.
- Dispatch and arrival scanning, with parcel-status timelines.
- Staff roles, master data and reporting views.
