The problem

Regional kit platforms cover kit ordering, registration, lab-result access and staff administration across web and mobile. Vietnam and Kazakhstan share a product lineage, but their capabilities differ.

What I did

  • Kazakhstan: payment reconciliation and operational visibility.
  • Vietnam: push notifications, web-to-app bridging and result presentation.
  • Conditional intake, validation and selected administration and reporting features.
  • React Native clients connected through API adapters, push notifications, deep links and native/WebView bridges.

Decisions

  1. Guard payment updates

Provider checks and an atomic claim stop a repeated callback from claiming the same payment twice; each attempt is recorded.

  2. Bridge web and app deliberately

Deep links and WebView bridges hand people between web flows and the app.

  3. Ask only what applies

Conditional intake shows a follow-up question only when an earlier answer needs it, and validates input before it is saved.

Boundaries

Selected contributions within team-built products, with AI-assisted development. Payment, lab and core platform integrations were built by others. Demo screens are fictional and contain no patient data.
