An organisation needed project-based time entries, leave requests and monthly reporting for several roles.
What I did
- Role-based workflows for employee, mentor, HR and admin users.
- Daily time allocation to assigned projects.
- Leave and compensatory-time handling.
- Spreadsheet import with validation, and monthly reporting.
Decisions
Validate imports row by row
Rows are matched to records before they reach a report.
Approved leave feeds the monthly view
Reports reflect decisions, not just requests.
Boundaries
Built on an existing UI template; my contribution was backend workflows and admin extensions. Earlier work, shown with fictional data. No payroll or biometric features.
